"We had a great stay here. The facilities are excellent, pools are lovely, rooms are well equipped (bit dated in decor but clean and comfortable). The staff were amazing, couldn't be more helpful, from the reception team who dealt with an issue with our check in (Expedia hadn't forwarded our booking properly) and gave us drinks, wifi codes and calmed me down (!) to the restaurant team and the cleaners - everyone was really friendly.
