"As a solo traveller who was working away from home I had a very wonderful experience. I had been ill in hospital 3 weeks before and my stay at Stella di Mare was everything I needed and more. Staff were always happy to help and they were very kind and attentive to make sure that I felt welcomed. My room and the facilities were all excellent. The food!!! WOW!!! Beautiful and plentiful spread every morning, noon and night. I was glad that I chose all inclusive. I will certainly be returning...

"Dear all As an overall experience, it’s fantastic, however, I believe the main positive point is that all staff are polite and respectful in dealing with guests. Special thanks and hats off to (1) Mohamed, swimming pool 38, and (2) M. Zaky, F/O Manager. Thank you all employees/staff of Sultan Gardens Resort, who I think the main reason of hotel success, as there are many nice hotels same like Sultan, but not all nice hotels have these polite, gentle and respectful staff. Upon entering our room the first day we realised that the patio door would not lock?! Was reported it and then repaired instantly "

"staff and management was really kind and supporting, especially we had a very great experience at Aqua bar with Mr. Temer, our housekeeping staff, Mr. Ganji and Mr. Mohammad were great people day did good service and also they make some decoration during making up the room, this is a new resort. I am sure that they are gonna be the best but since it’s new, there is some minor problems and I feel that they are trying to fix everything."
