" The Hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay as a family. The view of the red sea was beautiful, the beaches were were nice with great snorkeling spots, and the layout of the hotel made for a nice walk in the evening. The restaurant had a large selection with good food. The spa was very relaxing with option for woman only for Muslims. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were quick to help with replacing the broken phone in the room. There was also a kids play area and lots of different pools. They also had well priced and convenient evening shuttle services to naama bay, soho square, and old market/ al Sahaba Mosque (which is a quick taxi ride to Farsha cafe). It was the perfect place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh. We were able to explore and do everything we wanted to in Sharm with the help of the hotel staff. We would definitely stay again. "We had an amazing stay in an apartment at Block 42 in Domina Coral Bay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the main (heated) pool, reception, and entertainment area, making everything easily accessible.The apartment itself was well-equipped, offering plenty of storage and even a safe for valuables. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower and strong water pressure. Thoughtful touches like a hairdryer, complimentary shampoo and conditioner, and a couple of towels were much appreciated. The addition of an airer on the balcony was also very useful.Speaking of the balcony, it was a lovely space with a small table, chairs, and a mosquito net—such a thoughtful touch! Inside the apartment, the very large fridge with a freezer compartment was incredibly convenient. The beds were spotless and extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.While the room does not have a smart TV or WiFi, this wasn’t an issue for us, but it's something to be aware of. If needed, a kettle and cups can likely be arranged upon request. The air conditioning was a great addition, keeping the room cool and comfortable.The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. As always, Domina Coral Bay and the beautiful Egyptian sunshine did not disappoint!Dining Recommendations:For anyone visiting, we highly recommend taking a walk over to the Wild West Restaurant, located next to McDonald's just across from the hotel. "I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Rotana. The staff were very friendly, the food was great with new buffet options daily, and the resort was clean and well-maintained. The beach was stunning, with amazing coral and fish — a top-notch snorkeling spot! The only downside was the limited entertainment options, which could use more variety and better quality. Overall, a fantastic experience"

"Well we did not enjoy our time . Water was very very cold . I stayed with my family for 7 days UNFORTUNATELY , and everyone in the hotel was complaining about the water is very cold but they don’t listen and they have said “we need to keep in the atmosphere temperature “ !! Also , the service is very very bad . If you call them from your room after 10 PM no one will literally answer your calls to the reception. You need to call more than 8 time to have someone answer. First day when we arrived our suite had no hot water , and the main room was too hot and the air conditioning was not working fine . They came for maintenance and they took from my day more than 3 hours . After that they told me you should turn the water on hot for 15 mins so it can be hot !! After all they have changed our suite to a good one . Their employees on reception are not helpful at all . Some of them were mean also . NOT A RECOMMENDED HOTEL AT ALL . I have stayed in Rixos segate before and had a perfect stay . But this one they need ages until they start to be a good hotel with a good service. Also i this they need more staff. Very bad . Thank you "
