" The location is truly beautiful and offers a serene atmosphere, along with a variety of activities available on the property. However, I would like to highlight an area for improvement regarding the dining options. There appears to be a limited selection of meals, and there have been instances of beverages being unavailable. Additionally, the absence of ice has resulted in warm drinks. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience."

" The Hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay as a family. The view of the red sea was beautiful, the beaches were were nice with great snorkeling spots, and the layout of the hotel made for a nice walk in the evening. The restaurant had a large selection with good food. The spa was very relaxing with option for woman only for Muslims. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were quick to help with replacing the broken phone in the room. There was also a kids play area and lots of different pools. They also had well priced and convenient evening shuttle services to naama bay, soho square, and old market/ al Sahaba Mosque (which is a quick taxi ride to Farsha cafe). It was the perfect place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh. We were able to explore and do everything we wanted to in Sharm with the help of the hotel staff. We would definitely stay again. "We had a great stay here. The facilities are excellent, pools are lovely, rooms are well equipped (bit dated in decor but clean and comfortable). The staff were amazing, couldn't be more helpful, from the reception team who dealt with an issue with our check in (Expedia hadn't forwarded our booking properly) and gave us drinks, wifi codes and calmed me down (!) to the restaurant team and the cleaners - everyone was really friendly. The spa was great - had a series of 4 massages and a Turkish bath - wonderful! Food was good - usual cyclical all inclusive - but loads of choice, and no dodgy tummy issues! Coral Beach is incredible for snorkelling and the bus transfers were easy. Would definitely recommend a stay here."
