"Amenities such as gym, spa and main restaurant are far from the room. Got lost trying to get back to the room after dinner: building numbers are not well let and signs are a bit confusing. Had difficulty getting dinner reservation. Spa is by reservation and then it is really very weak: sauna is not hot enough, steam room is hardly steaming and the jaccuzzi is cold and the jets are very weak."

"We have lived two problem: 1. They have taken … dollars in addition to the money that ı have paid by Expedia because of registration as if Egyptian person. "This is a good hotel which, now being 20 years old, is showing a few signs of its age. Only small things, but certainly some of the upkeep falls short of a 5*experience. The staff work hard to make you feel welcome and assist wherever possible. Pool staff are efficient and always happy to speak with you. Plenty of poolside sunbeds, all with good mattresses. Pool towels changed daily, although the water in the unheated pools was freezing (in January). Beach was ok; gritty sand. Poor quality...

"We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Great facilities and very helpful staff. Good choice of restaurants - all good, Hama was our favourite. Two downsides for us - Spa was excellent but very expensive - given location of hotel, not feasible to access alternatives. Also at this time of year, it can be windy which makes snorkelling and diving from hotel difficult. Overall - thoroughly recommend."

"My first time coming to Egypt after many years of wanting to come and I finally booked and came, found coral sea aqua club and when I booked it I made a mistake of only booking a 5* hotel however after staying here for a week I have found out it is a 4* hotel, if 6* existed I would rate it 6*!!!! And amazing hotel with absolutely love friendly staff, I’ve had such a wonderful the food is amazing, the entertainment is brilliant, the rooms are clean and hygienic. I couldn’t ask for a better hotel to stay at Thankyou coral sea aqua club 😊"
