"Room appeared exactly like pictures. Appreciated large tv console and table with chairs for unpacking. Comfortable twin beds and hotel pajamas. Delicious breakfast buffet. Close walking distance to subway station, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. "

"It’s a great premise to stay especially if you want to go to USJ, it’s clean and spacey for 4 people , and the train station nearby is nice too, it has great connection to other major tourist areas. The only downside is the laundromat, it needs to be upgraded to cashless so people don’t have to go find some small change to do the laundry, luckily there is konbini nearby. "

"This was a fabulous stay. We loved all the amenities and the onsen. We stayed in a quad room (4 twin beds). It was spacious and including a dining area and two toilets. It was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed soaking in the onsen and having snacks after walking all day. Also easy to use laundry room- just need 100¥ coins to operate. Great stay!"

I asked to upgrade the room to get a bit more space and they were willing and made it happen despite high occupancy. Fast moving elevators and nice amenities! "
