"We stayed here for two nights wanting to travel into New York City. The Desk staff were very helpful about using the busses and provided a copy of the schedule and detailed instructions. It was easy to get there. The room was very comfortable and I would stay there again. The reason for the one less star has to do with the food service. They claim to have a restaurant, but the desk staff did all the jobs, from making the food and drinks to serving it. I'm not sure who ordered the food, but they...
