"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

"Upstairs apartment in an older detached house. High ceilings and big rooms lots of character with wooden floors and sash windows. There was everything we needed amd more, lots of thoughtful additions. Toothpaste and brushes, toiletries, slippers, ear plugs and more. The apartment was spotlessly clean. There is a lot to do right in hersey city- i work in manhattan sometimes and i took uber several tjme sand other times i took lightrarail and path"

"We never got the check information hope the property manager would answer at our arrival since we were coming from another state. I started to contact them since 10 am hoping to get a response and even call customer service and they tried to contact the owner multiple times and no response and after an hour he cancelled our itinerary! Hopefully Vrbo was able to refund the money and had to look at 10 pm another place to stay! Worst part we were traveling with elders and kids . Worst experience...

"The owner took a long time to get to us about early check-in so we wasted a boatload of money on a rental car. Just a few cheap, easy things could be added to be more thoughtful to guests needs.: hooks for towels, shelves, drawers, enough toilet paper, enough paper towels, fix baseboards, etc…it has a nice park across the street, and parking was a plus since we had to get a rental car."
