"Honestly I was nervous reading some of the bad reviews, but it was a perfect stay. Some people complained the room was small but we booked a double room and it was bigger than most hotel rooms we’ve stayed in in Japan with a desk and plenty of room to open our suitcases. Lieke of course it’s small compared to other country standards but it’s Shinjuku in a giant metro area. Everything was perfectly clean, the room was quiet, building was safe, elevator was so fast.
