"Really amazing property. It's in a very safe area, it's super clean, and the food at the restaurant was decently priced/very flavourful. Everyone in our group of 4 were pleased with out stay. The only downside was the pool water being very murky for the first few days of our stay. After we informed the front desk that there was an issue with the water, the quickly fixed it and provided us with complimentary breakfast the next day. If it wasn't for the pool water, I'd give it a 10/10. Shout out to Elias and Katarina for being amazing staff!"

"This hotel is perfectly positioned just 2 minutes walk from arrivals. The staff are obviously aware that many travellers will be in a hurry to reach their beds and check in was friendly but fast. We were allowed to take our airport trolley to our room. We arrived at 9 and had to leave at 2.45 but managed to get as much sleep as possible. It may seem a bit expensive for such a short stay but the convenience was well worth it"

"We could not turn on the air conditioner, so I called guest services. A maintenance man came up within 5 minutes and got the air conditioner running. We were very grateful. "

"1st time in Santiago and from 1st check-in to final departure we were treated with excellent service and were made to feel very welcome. The gentleman who checked us in was very efficient and personable."

"Very comfortable hotel with lovely grounds and large pool. Specious rooms, excellent shower, quiet and very clean. Great food in the hotel restaurants. A very enjoyable 4-day stay. Note that the hotel is not centrally located, so it's a taxi ride into town, but it's quiet for that reason. "
