"We enjoyed 2 nights in the Old Florida Room in April. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was delightfully unique and the breakfast at the on-site cafe was delicious. It was an easy walk to the beach and several places to eat. Bike rentals were close by and were a great way to explore the beach towns along the 30A. If ever back in the area, we would stay here again!"

"Great location in Santa Rosa! The beach is across the street and easy access. Shops are located on first floor with coffee and shopping. Shunk Gulley is across the street with delicious food and drinks. Parking was never a problem. I wished there had been chairs on the balcony to have morning coffee. The bed was very comfy! "

"The location of this property is great. Short walk to both town center as well as the beach. The house is clean and well equipped, but the spiral staircase can feel a bit narrow/dangerous when carrying large items up and down the stairs. It may not be great for families with very young kids. Only real complaint was communication related to adding pool passes. The instructions say to call, but no one seemed to know what I was talking about or how to add them. "Very cute property. Very comfortable beds and great little pool/spa. There was a slight hiccup with a new sewage pump. However, it was taken care of within 24 hours. The management company was very accessible with prompt communication. We were very happy with our stay and the kids had a blast!!! Very close to the beach. Would definitely book again! "
