Enjoy your stay in a contemporary condo with tasteful decor and all the necessary amenities you need to enjoy a day at the beach. Guests can enjoy the fresh air and lovely sunset views from the corner Gulf-facing balcony, set up with enough seating for six guests. Indoors, central air-conditioning will ensure everyone's comfortable as you relax in the living area furnished with a sofa bed. Enjoy cooking together in the modern full kitchen, featuring full-size appliances and an elegant prep table that also works as a breakfast bar for six guests. The shared gas grills will provide if you'd rather cook something with an extra sear. When your swimsuits are ready from the private washer/dryer, it's just a short walk down to the private beach access.

Shared pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts are all available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Wonderful vacation rental!
Gorgeous condo with the perfect location! Cute shops/restaurants in next block. Two ice cream shops. Go to Pecan Jack's-the other is no comparison! There is a Keurig AND a coffeemaker, hairdryers and iron provided at condo. Beach is a only a block away. Great pool area. Our favorite restaurant was The Local Catch. Be sure to try it! Perfect rental!

We needed to be near Destin because my son had a little league tournament. The condo was excellent and not too far a drive from Destin. We enjoyed the amenities and the private beach access. Will definitely be back to stay!

The condo was great! It maximized the space. Open kitchen, large outdoor patio made the place seem even bigger. Conveniently located close to Perfect Pig and Shunk Gulley. Would definitely stay again.
