This 4th floor, corner unit one bedroom studio condo is boldly designed in hip “South Beach” decor with lively colors and stylish imported furnishings. The low profile and stylish furniture is low to the ground so that you can have the best views of the beach! The living area offers comfortable seating, including a new futon a large flat panel HDTV, complimentary WIFI, and access to a private balcony and seating through French doors. The balcony features outdoor seating and awesome views of the beach and bustling Gulf Place. There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare and serve meals, snacks and drinks, which includes a fridge, sink, and two eye stove burner. With a queen size bed and sleeper futon that fold out to a full size bed, there is plenty of room for up to four guests. The guest bathroom features a brand new tiled shower and fully remodeled bathroom. There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor for guests to use.

With a brand new AC unit, tankless hot water heater, and queen mattress, this unit will be the perfect getaway!

Town Center East 411 is perfect for couples looking for a romantic escape or a small family trip to the beach. Treat yourself to a relaxing and memorable vacation at “Cabana 411”.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Our stay was wonderful, the little plaza surrounding us was very pleasant to view and the pools were also great! Would recommend for a couple getaway! Also awesome balcony view!

Great location, and easy check in. HVAC did not cool extremely well, and the place was not super clean upon arrival. Nothing to lodge a major complaint about but somethings should be addressed. Dishes needed to be washed prior to using due to stains, lipstick, etc. All ice trays were broken. But the place is in a great location, and we enjoyed our stay

My friend and our 16 yr old daughters stayed here for 4 days. We were very surprised by how much room there is. Everything was clean and just as described. Would stay here again.

Interesting, Eclectic place-Great location
We loved the location! Great for restaurants, gulf view, beach access. Owner seems to have a great sense of humor with his decor! Furniture is very low but functional enough. Queen bed. Wifi access didn’t work and we didn’t get around to calling to get correct access. Also door code locks you out the instant it’s 10AM so make sure you don’t let door shut while you are getting your luggage out!

Very Clean unit, affordable and comfortable. Loved the shower and convenience to beach and eaterys. Only inconvenient thing was no ice maker and the tray’s provided leaked. Definitely not a deal breaker though. I just purchased some new ones on the next trip to Walmart as I can also use them at home so you may consider replacing the ones in the unit for future guest.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, and overall the condo was good, but the unit was hot the entire time in our place. I kept the AC unit on 66, but it still remained hot. On the last day, I was sitting on the couch next to the AC unit and noticed the overwhelming amount of mold/dust/dirt in the vents.Also, as soon as the sun comes up.....everyone is up as there are no curtains to block the sunlight to actually sleep in on vacation.

Reviewer Comments: The rental unit has a great location but the furnishings seemed like something you'd see in a dorm room. Very cheap and not very comfortable. The Wifi rarely worked and the TV and streaming services never worked. That said, the location is very nice, the building is well maintained and secure and the proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops is excellent. All in all a decent stay but if we come back, we will likely choose another rental unit.

A bit shy of expectations
On the positive side, this property was clean, well conceived interior design and in a perfect location. On the negative side, all food items we brought and put in the fridge froze solid overnight. On our final night we planned to cook a gourmet meal which we began about 7pm. About half way through cooking the meal all appliances in the kitchen went off (including the fridge). Likely a breaker somewhere tripped when we were using the stove top and microwave simultaneously. It took about an hour to finally reach someone who told us someone would come look at it the following morning since we were leaving then. Our half cooked food was unusable and we rushed to get a pizza before they closed at 9pm. I could certainly give you a good review if you might see fit to reimburse us a percentage of our cost for the unit as I think that only fair given the circumstances. Having had a background in electrical work it was obvious the breaker installed was inadequate to handle the load when all the devices were on simultaneously, a problem which should be addressed for the safety of others.

Poorly maintained. Would not stay again.
Many minor problems during our stay March 2019. Management was slow to respond and unfriendly. Furniture was small and uncomfortable. Tv/cable did not work. Condo smelled musty. No window covering on window in shower. Beach chair fees were not current and we convinced the attendant to let us use the chairs. Mgmt later took care of the fees. The only good thing was the Gulf place Location was excellent with a great view from the balcony. We will not stay here again.

The furniture is very modern and everything is low to the floor and very uncomfortable. There was also a soft spot in the floor at the front of the shower. The tile had visible cracked and sunk. I’m a general contractor so poor maintenance is what I see. The balcony was also questionable as to its safety. The condo is very loud as you here everything outside. I don’t have to have fancy but I do appreciate a well maintained property and this is not it.

10/10 would not recommend
The condo is not clean, there is no oven, and it smells terrible. We think there may be animals in the ceiling as we heard scratching in the middle of the night and that might be resource of the smell. The owner has lots of belongings in the closet so there is no space for your own clothing. We ended up laying our suitcases open on the futon. There is also no dishwasher but a dish sponge is not provided. The bathroom has a window with a curtain covering it within the shower so it gets wet and is just overall uncomfortable. I can’t reiterate how disgusting this condo was and how ready we were to go home. There are plenty of other properties at this location so I’d keep looking.

Terrible quality furniture and horrible customer experience.
Fourth floor of the facility had hallway window blinds unattached to the windows and laying on the floor for guest to trip over. As for the unit, the furniture was the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever had on 30a. I guess you need to be in your twenties and not spend any time in the room because the sofas were very low to the floor and hard to stand up from them if you are older. The windows were messed up and the topnparts wouldn't stay up long enough to latch the bottoms, so all of the road noise and people walking by kept us awake all night. I could go on for days. Secondly, I was scheduled to rent this unit earlier in the month and my mother passed away at the same time. The rental company wouldn't let me out of my contract. They said I could only reschedule to the week we used. Honestly wasn't in the best place mentally to enjoy our vacation. Horrible amenities and a horrible experience with the rental company. Never again will I use them and I will be leaving a Google review as well.

Don't stay here!
We were so excited to rent this condo for several nights! The pictures make it look so cute. However, the reality is very different. When you enter the condo, it smells musty and caused my daughter many allergy issues. Basically, the place is falling apart and uncomfortable. The furniture is cheap and not comfortable to sit in. The curtains were flimsy and came off the rods when we pulled them open or closed. And, the decor is weird - skulls on the wall and bedspread. Additionally, the bed is only about a foot off the floor and very uncomfortable. The shower is peeling, and wide open to the neighbors next door. We had to stoop when showering in order to avoid being seen by the neighbor on his porch. We also had problems with the cable on the television. And, the porch didn't seem safe to step out onto. Although the Gulf Place area is nice and the views were beautiful from the condo, we will never stay here again!
