"Hotel close to areas of interest. On booking should have mentioned stairs and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues… to reception 12 steps, from reception to first floor to get lift was 28 steps. Lift broke down once and had to walk down stairs from 4th floor. This prevented me on going out on occasions as I couldn’t face returning to have to go up 40 steps. The staff, cleaners and breakfast were wonderful. But due to my arthritis this hotel was a huge challenge. "
