"Our stay at was fantastic! The staff were friendly, room was very clean, and decor thoughtfully curated. It is located in a quiet neighborhood of Alfama so it is lovely at the end of a long day. Ubers or taxis are not able to pick you up directly at the hotel so keep in mind it is a 7 minute walk to pickup point. "

"I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They were all very personable and EXTREMELY helpful. They were, by far, the best I've encountered in my travels. My room was clean and very large.
