"Nice boutique hotel in good condition. Location doesn't allow taxis to drop you off in front of hotel; you need to walk 60-70 yards uphill on very rough cobblestone street from drop off spot. Great location in Alfamba with shops, restaurants and bars in all directions. Great breakfast but hours are 7:30 to 10:00, so often we were not able to use it. Most tours require you to be at a pick-up location before 8AM."

"The location is perfect, easy to get to every major attraction in the city center. The room was big with a very nice view, breakfast was great, with beautiful view from the balcony, and the staff was superb. Never in my life I felt that hotel staff wanted to help this much. "A beautifully designed boutique hotel on a hillside in Al Famma area. Amazing rooftop view of local neighbourhood as well as the Tagus River. Breakfast menu selection was royal! Service throughout the hotel was friendly and efficient. Staff anticipated our every need. Hotel location is central in the old neighbourhood within walking distance of the old town attractions. "

"I really enjoyed the stay. Clean, friendly and helpful. Room a little dark but good for sleeping. Well located for everything you want to do in Lisbon. Lisbon is mad with tourists these days and all things that flow on from that. Several people we met did not have the pleasant experience we had being in this location and at this hotel. Heaps of good restaurants/bars in the area as well as at the hotel. I would definitely stay again. "
