"This charming hotel is located by high end stores and great restaurants. There is easy access to tour guides and public transportation. Hotel is within walking distance to other parts of the city. The train station to Sintra is only a block away. Breakfast and happy hour drinks were included with our reservation. We had a wonderful experience. "

Unfortunately we had a first floor room right near the entrance to the hotel and it seemed the metro system must have been right below the surface. You could hear every train go by. "The room was clean, well appointed, beds comfortable, and bathroom was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic - close to everything and walkable. Felt quite safe. I would definitely stay again. 25 mins taxi from airport. During the day the taxi could not drive up to hotel because hotel is in a walking zone, but after hours they could."
