"The apartment was better than we imagined it would be. Clean, new, elevator (so helpful given the three story housing in Lisbon!) and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable and the decorations added a pleasant touch. The air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems all seemed in top condition. "We stayed in the Family Penthouse suite (4B) so my review is for this room only. The room itself was fantastic with a great location and nice views. It was very large and had 3 balconies. However the service is basically non existent. I asked about wifi issues (couldn't connect) and never heard back so ended up using my mobile data.
