"Lovely boutique hotel right off Rossio Plaza. The staff was excellent as was the room and proximity to the train, buses, dining and shopping. The only drawback was the view was into a building being refurbished, but was in a state of disrepair. I liked the quirky view of the dilapidated building and nesting pigeons, but hubby wasn't amused."

"Whike the bar is in a stunning position on the top floor i really think the hotel should be facilitating their guests after the bar clises,which is very early at 12 midnight..a very simple solution would be to have a large fridge either at the bar levrk or at reception. "Walkable downtown location, clean, room had tiny balcony to sit out on, great shower + quality toiletries. I was upgraded to a top-floor junior suite with slanted ceilings. Folks my height (6’) need to watch their heads. "

"I love this property!! To start with, I communicated with the hotel via Expedia messaging prior to my trip and Pestaña always responded and quickly at that. Upon arrival, I was able to check-in early which was much appreciated after a 15 hour journey. The staff was so nice at check-in and also throughout my stay. I called down once during my visit for some more Nespresso pods and housekeeping brought them to my room within five minutes. That is the kind of service Pestaña provides. The hotel was...
