"Outstanding staff, especially Rubem. Lovely choice at breakfast. Great room with a view of the marina. Treated to an anniversary bottle of fizz and fruit which was a lovely touch. Some noise one night above us; sounded like chairs Being dragged across the floor and didn’t stop until midnight. Only happened that one time thankfully. Air con didn’t seem to work in our room, but not sure if it’s off because of the season. Superb location with great access to all modes of transport."

"Nice boutique hotel in good condition. Location doesn't allow taxis to drop you off in front of hotel; you need to walk 60-70 yards uphill on very rough cobblestone street from drop off spot. Great location in Alfamba with shops, restaurants and bars in all directions. Great breakfast but hours are 7:30 to 10:00, so often we were not able to use it. Most tours require you to be at a pick-up location before 8AM."

"The location is perfect, easy to get to every major attraction in the city center. The room was big with a very nice view, breakfast was great, with beautiful view from the balcony, and the staff was superb. Never in my life I felt that hotel staff wanted to help this much. I will definitely return to Lisbon and to this hotel next year"

"Overall a good experience. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a nice touch however a night there was a lot of noise until late as well as early in the morning. I’m not sure if this was due to location of the room (being on first floor and above the dining room/kitchen). It was difficult to sleep, especially if you’re a light sleeper."
