"Quick check in and out. Overall quality and cleanliness was very good. On site bar and restaurant were both good. Only complaint was the hardness of the bed mattress. After sleeping on one of the hardest mattress I have experienced for 5 nights, it will take some time for my back to fully recover."

"We loved this hotel. It was charming and felt like what we though Porto should feel like. We got a balcony room and I was glad we did I. I enjoyed opening the doors and watching the action. We liked the breakfast and the complimentary bottle of wine. It was also close to everything. "

"Hotel is in desperate need of a FULL renovation, rooms are small and almost none amenities, breakfast was poor and served in a box. We stayed at room 305, the door dint close completely and we can see the light from the hallway it was disturbing to sleep. If you want to charge your mobile devices there was only one electric plug. No AC and during a hot summer night it was hard to sleep. Basically the only good thing is the location."

"Property and location were great. Breakfast is very good with a lot of variety and helpful staff. Rooms are very big and a nice view of the river. Too far from town to walk if that's what you are looking for. Only complaints...hard to get in and out of the tub to shower..seemed a little unsafe with the big step in and out. Personally, I didn't like the huge pillow and the even bigger memory foam. I didn't ask to replace and maybe some people really like them..just a personal preference....
