"Very central location, friendly staff, nice aesthetic and ambience. Really loved it and would stay again. My only caution is that the beds are hostel beds and I wouldn't recommend for folks with back issues. (I was a little uncomfortable after 4 nights, but given the other perks of the hostel, would do it again)"

"Wonderful hotel with a very kind and thoughtful staff. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Desk is staffed 24/7, room was cleaned daily and they also had a turn down service every night. On top of the staff being extremely kind and helpful, we were also left some gifts in our room as well which was amazing. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

We had an experence where we asked for one cup of decaf coffee and 30 minutes later; and after flagging down to additional staff personnel we were told the machine was broken -- but, then we received a cup of coffee 5 minutes after that. On another day, I arrived to a buffet that was out of scrambled eggs (the only cooked eggs offered other than hard boiled) - I immediately informed the staff and...

"The one good thing about this hostel is that it is centrally located in the city. They fail to mention that they have a single toilet and 3 showers for each gender in the hostel. The showers and bathroom were extremely dirty, had various bugs crawling around them, and always smelled disgusting. The hotel manager also fails to mention that they turn the air conditioning on at night and prohibit you from opening the window, leaving you in a hot room with 7 other people. Avoid this place. "

"Everything just seems to not be working properly: The blinds broke and were never fixed. The key to the bedside cabinet did fit & work properly. I missed out on the breakfast coffee one day because I had to leave early and wanted one in the evening, but they charge 1 euro. It's young management, so they need to learn that little things make a difference to the customer. "Accident smallish hotel in a prime location minutes away on foot from all the local sites. The room was very clean and tidy but quite small the bathroom was tiny and the shower cubicle was microscopic. I’m a large 6 foot male and I could hardly get into the shower cubicle. But I only spend a couple of minutes in the shower so it wasn’t a problem. Overall would recommend."
