"This is a nice hotel that is difficult to find at first. There is a restaurant by the same name near the hotel location where Google maps took me. We couldn't locate it so we went inside the restaurant thinking it was connected but the hostess let us know it wasn't and told us how to get to it. The hotel is only minutes from the Rialto bridge, so you are fairly close to shops, souvenirs and restaurants. The staff is friendly but they are not always at the desk. "The property was good and central to Rialto bridge. The apartment did not have a safe which most hotels have so we were surprised by this considering it is code entry into the building and a code into the unit. A neighbouring building around the area suffered from construction and throwing bricks to the ground so the morning was noisy. Someone took a massive dump outside the unit door and it seemed others were using the area to pee so it smells bad when you enter the unit. There was also barf...

"Breakfast could be better and better stocked. Manager / owner were polite and tried offering transportation advice early on to and from the airport. Not much to do when raining though as this is not typical hotel. Would recommend staying if you are a physically fit adults who don’t mind stairs and little amenities. "

"The room and bathroom was small, but the bed was comfortable. Although it is a quite a hike with roller bags around venice to get to this location, it is close to the central canal. As you might expect, this hotel does not have an elevator so make sure you can carry your bags up the stairs! Breakfast was limited (cereal, toast, pastries)."
