"First front desk staff were great everyone was so friendly and professional. Specially Paulo in the morning and Nasim at night time. They really want to help you. Breakfast was great a lot of choices . Every morning they would greet you and asked about your desire for drink. One of the ladies made the most delicious cappuccino. Our room was facing the canal and had an amazing view. Close to market. Close to everything walking distance to everywhere and water transportation on the canal steps away from hotel. We had the best experience. A lot of restaurants in walking distance. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "
