"Beautiful hotel with an amazing complimentary breakfast! Only downside was we didn’t have Air Conditioning due to the laws in Venice during this time of year, but that is not the hotel’s fault and they gave us a fan to help keep us cool! They also gave us a scent diffuser as a present on Halloween as well as chocolates on our pillow every morning! Very kind staff and overall an amazing experience!"

"The check-in process was ok and the room was decent. The only problem was that the room had an air conditioner, but no remote was included. No one answered the phone when I called to inquire about getting a remote at around 5:30 in the evening. As it is hot in Venice, that could be a real problem for a lot of guests. Luckily it was not in the dead of summer. Overall, it was ok. "

"We booked a luxury room with balcony with a view of the Rialto Bridge. However, the hotel only has two rooms like this - one room with green decor, which is featured heavily on the website and a second with Red decor. For the first few nights of our stay we were in the 'red' room. The website description of this class of luxury room is 215ft2, with wardrobe and dressing table.
