"Great location, great view."

"Very quaint hotel--my room was a little noisy during the day since it abutted an outside walkway, but this would not matter if you were out sightseeing all day (I was on a business trip and needed to work inside some of the time, but since I had earplugs, the noise was not a problem). The included breakfast was nice (large selection and the wait staff were very nice) and the hotel provides umbrellas for the occasional rains. I would stay here again."

"The check-in process was ok and the room was decent. The only problem was that the room had an air conditioner, but no remote was included. No one answered the phone when I called to inquire about getting a remote at around 5:30 in the evening. As it is hot in Venice, that could be a real problem for a lot of guests. Luckily it was not in the dead of summer. Overall, it was ok. "

"We were very happy with our stay here while we in Venice. The suite was spacious for our family of four. We even had two full bathrooms, which I was not expecting! The breakfast service was lovely and the location is great. The only negative was the beds. I would say the property is overdue for new mattresses."

"Really nice place, if you can use the taxi service they offer to transfer from Aéroport to hotel use it! Honestly made the experience really enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel is everything promised. The staff were the friendliest ever. I would love to come back and spend more time here in Venecia! "

"We had a lovely stay, and thank you for the bottle of wine left in our room for my partners birthday, nice little hotel for a city trip, near the buss and train station so would recommend getting them rather then the water taxi from the airport, in a very quiet area but just a short walk to the water busses into the main attractions, lovely traditional italian hotel, thank you x"
