The hotel is in a perfect location. It's nice and quiet and within walking distance to everything still keeping you away enough from the hustle and bustle of tourist making it feel like a home away from home. This was my first time staying at the hotel and I can honestly say that the service was first class. In particular Marco on the front desk was very helpful. The hotel contacted me ahead of our stay and arranged transfers that went seamlessly and top quality restaurant recommendations and reservations. The hotel itself was in a good location if you want to be slightly outside the crowded tourist parts of the city, but still walking distance to everything. The restaurants around the hotel were great and the breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellent, in particular we were impressed with the Prosecco being part of the buffet!!
