"The staff are friendly and helpful! The hotel is gorgeous, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was surprisingly good and abundant, the staff were so accommodating, and the location is extremely walkable. Very near the San Toma vaporetto stop, but also easy walk to the main “touristy” Rialto Bridge areas. Got a bit noisy at times from people on the street but I think you’ll get that most places because the city is crowded. Great location. We were able to go out and sightsee, and come back to the hotel multiple times in the day to recharge."
