The location is to amazing within easy reach of both Rialto and St Marks. There is a great choice of good restaurants in the area. Travel around Venice is easy with a Vaporetto stop just a short walk away."

If you require an early morning check out, be sure to let them know ahead of time. The gentleman on duty was down right rude to us and shared his displeasure of not being notified ahead of time of our 8am departure. Despite that encounter, I would recommend. "

"Staff was helpful with recommendations. This property was not conducive to families. Needed to be super quiet. It was terribly difficult to enter and leave. Air did not work. The room was 90 plus degrees. We all sweated terribly and now they are asking us to pay 300 plus euro for a new mattress claiming someone wet the bed. They said they’d get us a water taxi. "A great, small locally owned and run property close to the railway station. This B&B has all you need for a stay in Venice. a clean room with enough storage. A private bathroom with shower free wi-fi and optional breakfast. The hotel is situated 5 mins walk from the Riva de Biasio waterbus stop with no steps to carry your luggage over and only one stop from the railway station, or two stops from the bus station. 25 mins from St Marks square and only 15 mins from the Rialto bridge.
