"Beautiful hotel with an amazing complimentary breakfast! Only downside was we didn’t have Air Conditioning due to the laws in Venice during this time of year, but that is not the hotel’s fault and they gave us a fan to help keep us cool! They also gave us a scent diffuser as a present on Halloween as well as chocolates on our pillow every morning! Very kind staff and overall an amazing experience!"

"The check-in process was ok and the room was decent. The only problem was that the room had an air conditioner, but no remote was included. No one answered the phone when I called to inquire about getting a remote at around 5:30 in the evening. As it is hot in Venice, that could be a real problem for a lot of guests. Luckily it was not in the dead of summer. Overall, it was ok. "

"Two couples stayed here for 4 days and were warmly greeted by our host. She helped us find the apartment by meeting us at the water bus stop and escorting us through the streets to the door. Once inside we were provided with several recommendations for local restaurants and shopping which was very helpful and thoughtful. The apartment itself is in a great location and very clean. The showers are a bit small but worked well. We were not able to figure out how the AC and TV worked, but didn't...

"The room and bathroom was small, but the bed was comfortable. Although it is a quite a hike with roller bags around venice to get to this location, it is close to the central canal. As you might expect, this hotel does not have an elevator so make sure you can carry your bags up the stairs! Breakfast was limited (cereal, toast, pastries)."
