"The hotel is beautiful, room decoration/style is amazing, location is great close but not too close to main areas of Rialto/San Marco. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely. Only 2 things we disliked was the additional charge for cooked eggs at breakfast (considering the price of the hotel) and we had a problem with air conditioning in room. "The staff at this hotel are very friendly and give wonderful recommendations. They even suggested a faster and cheaper route to the airport than what was suggested on Google Maps! Only downside is the lack of an elevator, but the staff did help us take our bags up so this wasn't much of an issue."
