"The staff at this hotel was wonderful; they were very accommodating. My complaint would be that it was kind of loud with furniture moving. I'm not sure what was going on with this. Also, we were upgraded but charged for the upgrade. I would have thought this was free, as we are VIP Expedia members. "

"This place was fine for just the 3 nights we needed. But should’ve read more detail about the place and should’ve went somewhere nicer. At the time my friend and I wanted the “nicest” cheap place, which this is. But honestly would’ve chose somewhere else to stay, especially in Florence. Sharing the bathroom we weren’t expecting but finding the place near the train station was easy and using the door codes. Clean room. "

"Very great stay for the price, the external bathroom wasn’t at bother at all and the room was really big. Close to the center and very clean, bed was super comfortable! Only issue was the AC didn’t really cool down the apartment, and the fridge wasn’t super cold, but honestly would definitely stay again. Also there is no free parking so make sure you note that "

"You do, unfortunately, get what you pay for. This hotel is managed by an older couple who does not speak English very well at all. It made checking in and checking out very difficult. While the staff is very kind, the property itself is quite awful. The light in the room is a very unflattering fluorescent white. The windows don't close all the way, so mosquitoes did get in and it got quite chilly overnight. The bed is not comfortable and lined with a plastic wrap under the bed sheets, which...
