"Staff were the kindest we have met in Italy. Wonderful customer service. Helped me to deal with telephone calls to my medical insurance company and trip to hospital emergency-very much appreciated especially during a difficult time after a fall elsewhere. Breakfast had everything you could want. Close to Centrale train station. Rooms quiet and roomy and beds comfortable. Nothing over the top fancy but everything you could need it provided. "

"Staff were fabulous, nice surprise breakfast was included, pastries, bread, yoghurt, fruit, cereals and a lady there to make fresh coffee which was a bonus. Perfect location few mins walk from train station but far enough to not feel like you're near a train station. So many dining options, markets few mins walk away with a fabulous food hall. I read and read reviews and worry when booking based on reviews, but i was very happy, id stay again and would recommend to my family."

"Our room (with bath tub and balcony) was spacious, clean and quiet on the side of the train station. The doors kept the sound out. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices. Bar area to meet people. Could fill water bottles with sparkling or still water, and coffee and tea were always available in the lounge. Perfect place to explore Florence. The balconies had a perfect view of the duomo. It looked like the balconies were all on 5 th floor. Wonderful time spent there!"

"Our stay from check in til check out was amazing. We were there for a mix of business and sightseeing. David at the front desk was kind and knowledgeable!!! He showed us how to get around to the major sites from a map. Made wonderful dinner recommendations and just was wonderfully kind. Breakfast is amazing every AM and o provided a toi go option for the days I was leaving early for conference, I cannot give enough stars df recommendation!!!!!"
