Easy to find and close to everything. Academia Gallery was only a 9 minute walk. Many restaurants and shopping at the market just minutes away. Staff was excellent as we had them hold our luggage while we toured the city. Breakfast was perfect with many options.

The hotel is in a great location, quiet and safe and there’s a person at the front desk 24/7. It is an old hotel, the rooms are small which is normal, but the bathroom was pretty rough which is why I gave it 4 stars. Walking distance to everything including the train station.

The location is excellent. Close to the train station and nestled within the city center. The rooms were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great. The staff at the front desk was a little rude at times, but I’m thinking it may have been the language barrier, as my husband and I are English speakers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. Be warned that because the hotel is located in the middle of a busy marketplace with a lot of restaurants it can be very loud at night, however the location is very much worth it.

The charming Tuscan-style rooms are cozy, well-maintained, and some offer lovely city views. The friendly staff provided excellent recommendations, and the breakfast spread was delightful, with fresh pastries and Italian coffee.

Very nice staff. It is almost impossible to sleep. Beds are comfortable but every street sound is amplified and sounds like people are in your room all night. Curtains do not block windows completely so the streetlight light up the room. Hand held shower wand.

Fantastic Stay at Hotel Botticelli Our stay at Hotel Botticelli was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, perfect to start the day. The location is unbeatable, close to all major attractions and just a short walk from the train station, making it super convenient to explore the city.
