I was impressed by the owner and limited staff..room was okay.. BUT no elevator,, very steep staircase... no wifi- no computer, no phone, no tv,, staff comes in at 0800 and leaves 8PM.. 15E taxi to historic part

Small hotel , close walk to Florence’s sights. Lovely reception staff. Room was good but very cold on arrival . There is building work next door so you can hear that noise But overall a pleasant stay

Clean, quiet, superbly located and featuring a smart and helpful staff. It's an older building that has been well renovated to create a basic, comfortable space. The staff at reception were great.

The receptionists were amazing!!! So sweet and so helpful! super eager to help us find cool things to do! They surprised us with a gift of sangiovese and truffle chocolates for my bday and anniversary with a handwritten note! they had free snacks and coffee and tea, and it was super cozy, we wished we could have stayed for longer

Great affordable option for your stay in Florence!! We’re from Canada and like a cooler temperature in our rooms. The AC in the rooms here was excellent and kept us comfortable during our sleeps. 15-20m max walking distance to most of the main sights in the city. Cafe Noir is a stone throw away from the Hotel and is a good quick and easy option for breakfast/coffee with good service. Highly recommend Hotel Zanobi!!!

This is a hidden gem in Florence. Centrally located, close to the train station, lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. Very clean and well maintained property. Very friendly staff. Coffee machine, filtered water fountain and fruits and muchies were appreciated. Just make sure it is 45 in black number when you are looking for this place. Apparently, shops are in red number and the residential buildings are in black number. Google Map let me down. I would come back to this place.

Decent overall stay. Close to restaurants and cafe
Walking distance from the train station and close to many restaurants and cafes. Rooms have been renovated. Washrooms are a bit old and small. A/C works well and beds are good. Few small issues with one of rooms where the washroom door wasn’t closing properly. Coffee machine and water bottle machine were awesome. Overall pretty decent if you are not to picky.

We arrived at late after night and there was no stuff there to serve you . The gate was locked. It was a rainy night. We ring the bell for about 10 to 15 minutes, A guest opened the door for us then we were able to make a phone call to get a code to access our room.

The rooms were quite sizable and it was quite quiet. The decor was a little odd and mixture of styles. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had water, fruits and cookies available for free. The bathroom fixtures were dated and the showers were very small. They did change my shower head after the first night because it was spraying out by the side of the handle without me saying anything. The same for my daughter’s room but hers did not get fixed. There are quite a few steps to the lobby area and if given a room in the second floor the steps would be hard for anyone with big luggage or people that cannot don’t much steps, so make sure you ask which floor. The surrounding area had good food and was in decent walking distance to most things and about 10 mins from main train station. It had great air conditioning for the summer months. The luggage storage area needs a lock for security purposes. I would recommend for a quick stay.

As I leave Florence, I'm reflecting on my stay at Hotel Zanobi 45. The place has been restored and renovated respecting the age and architecture of the original building. Actually, they are still refining some last minute details. The place is clean, crisp, modern and traditional, cozy and fun. It's not a grandiose space, but It has the right mix of refined art, warm antiques and modern amenities. I loved how little pieces of mother earth are scattered as tiny surprises... You will meet amazing people. It felt like home... Thank you !
