"Hotel Colomba has been shut since the covid-19 epidemic in March 2020 and never reopened. They haven't returned any of my many emails and cut off their phone lines. My reservation was the last week in August. Hotels. Com that I paid for the accomodation did not help me at all after many emails and phone calls were made by me to them. They promised relocation and everytime I called them after them telling me to, they kept saying till now, that they couldn't get in touch with their client, Hotel...

"Very great stay for the price, the external bathroom wasn’t at bother at all and the room was really big. Close to the center and very clean, bed was super comfortable! Only issue was the AC didn’t really cool down the apartment, and the fridge wasn’t super cold, but honestly would definitely stay again. Also there is no free parking so make sure you note that "

"Solid hotel. Rooms are impossibly small, though perhaps that's the case with most/all hotels in Florence. If you are claustrophobic, this may not be the best option for you; pay attention to listed square footage of room. The fact that there is a laundromat right next door is convenient!"
