"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"The staff are all really nice and accommodating, they really do try to go above and beyond to make everything a smooth experience. I didn’t know a thing of Japanese but they’re all super patient and understanding. The rooms are also very clean and organized as well at the hotel itself. Definitely recommend staying here, especially because hon-Atsugi station is about a 5 min walk and there’s a ton of restaurants and even a shopping mall by the station. "

"A block from Ebina Station. Stores and markets next door. Many restaurants. Room has separate toilet, bath, and sink which makes it ideal for two people. Two large malls at the station."

"Very grand looking 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors. Room itself is much to be desired. It was pretty worn down, and had an unpleasant smell. The bed was nice though. The surrounding area is quite nice during the day, but becomes quite shady during the night. "

"Generous amenities, staff are polite and professional, airconditioning is centrally managed and set quite warm. Your options are off, low, medium, high and for airflow only, not temperature, so we turned it off and opened the window. Lots of scuffs on the wall but did not affect usability or comfort. Bed is very soft and slightly sags in the top half. "
