"Great location by Tower bridge for that end of London. Good breakfast. Bar was lovely with a great view of the tower. The room was clean and again a great view. Waited for the lifts a long time - so stairs were an option. Also, the shower in our room made a bad noise with water pressure. Service was good. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again."

"The Citizen Tower Bridge was right next to a tube station, which made it instantly easy to hop on and get around London quickly. Room also had a lot of nice features, and the breakfast buffet was amazing."

"Really enjoyed our stay, checked in & was told the room wasn’t ready, but I notified the reception staff I had upgraded to an early check in, so I was then checked in, had a room on the 8th floor overlooking London, was noisy outside at night with sirens. There were 3 adults in our room, but only 2 cups for tea/coffee. Ample towels & toiletries, beds very comfy and the a/c was a bonus. Would stay again as a convenient location."
