"Don't book this hotel just based on the free shuttle. It is a contracted service and it is very unreliable. However, the staff is very helpful, Frank especially. He's always cleaning or helping out with the breakfast service. He even brought me an extension cord for my laptop (the desk had no outlets.) My room was clean, small musty smell in the bathroom but that was probably because there was no bathroom vent. Very convenient microwave and mini fridge in the room. I would book this hotel again....

"Location was on point, the staff made easy my check-in. Pool area was clean and the room was more than expected, roomier, clean and I felt safe."

"Everything was good except the bed was really uncomfortable due to wear and squeaked everytime you turned. Had to ask for extra blankets to lay on bed for padding. Asked for extra pillows but they didn't have any. Also room had a bad musty smell. "
