"Usually very calm and relaxing hotel with excellent food and service. The New Year’s Eve event was quite spectacular. The beach bar and a la Carte restaurants were a nice addition. Only issues were excessive noise on one morning from the hotel next door and a very noisy aqua class"

Easy to get taxi anywhere Shops in hotel ridiculously expensive Hardly any vegan / vegetarian options, no alternative milk, you can use 4 Al la carte restaurants but they are a bit strange. Music around pool is literally head banging house music which was bizarre It was a good hotel though "

"Wonderful wonderful people, staff were going above and beyond. Names that I remember for front desk were 2 Mahmod, Abdulah, the nice guy who cleaned our room named Ahmed. One of the best spa services that I got was from facial treatment and she braided my hair too, her name was Hadeer. She was a beautiful nurse who works in beauty industry too. I received great massage from other lady too. "

Food is good, lots of options, but theres always a big queue for the really good stuff like prawns and mangos which are not offered every day. "Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and they put on a wonderful New Years Celebration and show. I felt that daily activities weren't very well advertised, there was a list but not timing and location indicated. Found out on the last day that there was yoga daily on the beach? As an English speaking family, we were the minority here with most people speaking Russian, not sure if other hotels perhaps market more to English speaking countries. May not matter to some but hard to meet others with that...

"We had a great stay here. The facilities are excellent, pools are lovely, rooms are well equipped (bit dated in decor but clean and comfortable). The staff were amazing, couldn't be more helpful, from the reception team who dealt with an issue with our check in (Expedia hadn't forwarded our booking properly) and gave us drinks, wifi codes and calmed me down (!) to the restaurant team and the cleaners - everyone was really friendly. The spa was great - had a series of 4 massages and a Turkish bath - wonderful! Food was good - usual cyclical all inclusive - but loads of choice, and no dodgy tummy issues! Coral Beach is incredible for snorkelling and the bus transfers were easy. Would definitely recommend a stay here."
