"I really liked the layout of the resort and all the amenities that are available. There is loads to do and keep you entertained day and night. They do need to improve the Wi-Fi however, It kept disconnecting or not connecting at all in different areas of the resort and when I did connect the Wi-Fi was slow. "

"Gorgeous hotel, food is delicious, the all inclusive is a ripoff. Gorgeous hotel, enjoyed our time. I was expecting more than two beers in the mini bar per day. Service and staff are excellent. Just felt limited in an all inclusive environment and that type of stress is unnecessary on vacay. Additionally, we were told that we had to make reservations to all the restaurants ahead of our arrival as they have very limited seating for the all inclusive in the sought after restaurant on the beach....

"This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. The rooms are spacious,clean and some of them renovated recently. "Great location, great food, amazing staff but a little dated in places. We had a strange smell coming from the AC and the room was a bit tired looking. The furniture was all dented, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeper was brilliant and even made a towel birthday cake for my mum.
