"The weather wasn’t great the entire week, so we didn’t get the true experience of a tropical vacation- no fault of the resort. The beach was gorgeous with a close by bar and plenty of seating. The pool was nice, but beach chairs were snapped up early and the staff didn’t really help out with this. Drinks and food were readily available. "This property is a bit pricey compared to other all-inclusives, so we had expected much more. To sum up, food was generally good, but not fabulous all around. We probably had 1 great sandwich and that was it. Drinks were better than the food. Service was very good mostly with the exception of the supervisor during our check-in. He was not patient at all in hearing our concern about the amount due. However, the actual reception rep helping us was very patient and very helpful. The spa steam/sauna...

"My wife and I hadn't been at an all exclusive for at least 10 years following multiple disappointing 5 star experiences. We decided to give Hotel Mousai a try for a short 5 day trip to wind off and get away from our kids. We were overwhelmed by the quality of everything Mousai has to offer.
