"The property is beautiful and our room was very nicely appointed. The rooftop was the perfect place for sunset! With a view of the volcano. The location is further from the historic center than I would suggest to stay. We love to walk but there is so much to walk and see that adding the extra to get back to the hotel was a bit much. "Hotel was within walking distance to most amenities. Staff was very helpful as they provided a map with places to visit around the hotel. Room was cleaned daily and was safe as well. The only thing I would consider is you have to use the stairs since there is no elevator. Staff was very helpful at the front desk as they helped us with laundry assistance as well as transportation to the airport early in the morning. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty of places to eat around...

"Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. The rooms are gigantic and the courtyards are beautiful. The zocolo is not far but you do have to cross a very busy street so take caution. The beds were somewhat on the hard side but most of our party thought they were fine. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They do give you coupons for free tequila- the silver only. We would definitely return. "
