"The air conditioning did not work. The room was hot, humid, and uncomfortable. In the morning I went to check out and was in the elevator with my luggage. The door closed, I pressed the button, and then nothing. I was trapped inside and had to call the front desk on my phone to get someone to come help me get out."

It's ideal if you want to get some work done on the computer without spending money to go out to a cafe. Be aware: the hotel is right next to a busy street. Light sleepers will need earplugs. "
