"Some parts of the hotel appeared to be closed but (bar on the first floor). Also the exercise room was a bit small and one of the machines was broken but over all our room was excellent and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will come back again."

"Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. The rooms are gigantic and the courtyards are beautiful. The zocolo is not far but you do have to cross a very busy street so take caution. The beds were somewhat on the hard side but most of our party thought they were fine. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They do give you coupons for free tequila- the silver only. We would definitely return. "

The location is further from the historic center than I would suggest to stay. We love to walk but there is so much to walk and see that adding the extra to get back to the hotel was a bit much. All the shopping and restaurants are around the historic square so we found we would Uber from the hotel to the square then start walking from there. The...
