"Wow - this hostel was fantastic. I would definitely use the word hostel loosely, as the quality and standard of the entire place is more like hotel. The accommodation was gorgeous and in a great location. Staff were super helpful, giving food recommendations and also offered free walking tours of the city. "

"The air conditioning did not work. The room was hot, humid, and uncomfortable. In the morning I went to check out and was in the elevator with my luggage. The door closed, I pressed the button, and then nothing. I was trapped inside and had to call the front desk on my phone to get someone to come help me get out."
