"Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. The rooms are gigantic and the courtyards are beautiful. The zocolo is not far but you do have to cross a very busy street so take caution. The beds were somewhat on the hard side but most of our party thought they were fine. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They do give you coupons for free tequila- the silver only. We would definitely return. "

The Manager David was very helpful and even arranged for our taxi to catch a real early flight out of Puebla and even offered to personally take Us to the airport if necessary. "The air conditioning did not work. The room was hot, humid, and uncomfortable. In the morning I went to check out and was in the elevator with my luggage. The door closed, I pressed the button, and then nothing. I was trapped inside and had to call the front desk on my phone to get someone to come help me get out."
