"Let me tell you why we are disappointed. When we booked online the only question was do you need smoking or non smoking. there was no question/option about AC / non AC. First night we could not sleep even for a minute as the room was without AC . we talked to manager wo said there was no AC room available. second day with lots of request they gave us AC room but charged additional US $ 43 for a night. very angry."
