Water/Ice refilling stations are usually a short walk down the hall from the room. Hair dryer is top notch, it leaves my hair very silky and shiny. They have a steamer not an iron. It takes a while for tougher materials to dewrinkle like linen and thick cotton but it was pretty fast for a dress with thin material. This time...

"We had a fun couples staycation last minute. We got a nice upgrade that overlooked the cable cars going up Powell. The room was spacious, clean and in great condition. We ordered ice and it was brought up immediately. We didn't have a phone charger so they provided one for us. The Post Room drinks and service were fantastic. They had live music and the ambience was great. We would definately stay here again. "
