"Overall I had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing space after a day of exploring the city. The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance, which made getting around so easy. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. "It was nice. Upon arriving there was no one at the front desk. Waited 10 minutes, called the property. Finally someone came to check me in. I guess something was going on upstairs and only one person was working front desk."

Exceeded my expectations

"Crown Plaza exceeded my expectations by all means. I felt home for a rather long stay of six nights. One bonus thing was the Greek taverns for good food and two grocery stores nearby. Access to public transport is easy, Art Institute is a mere 15 minutes by bus. The only down side is the highway noise, which is something to keep in mind if you are too sensitive about it for your sleep. Finally, the cafe/rest in the lobby is just for the occassion. Enjoy your stay."
