"My stay was good. The problem I ran into was the gentleman at the front desk (who was very polite) mislead me on two things. The first one was that he would allow me a courtesy to check out late at noon because they were busy and no one had the book handy to quote me a rate for late check out. Also he advised me “after” looking my room number up that I had already prepaid for my breakfast. Well I was charged for breakfast and he neglected to put a note in the system that he gave me an hour grace...

The lack of sidewalks and damaged roads, combined with poor drainage, make navigating the area difficult—especially in bad weather. If the hotel itself met expectations, these external factors might not be a deal-breaker, but they do impact overall convenience and comfort. "The lobby is beautiful and the room was relatively clean. However, the common areas reeked of marijuana and were not in great shape at all. All of the staff were A and answered all of our questions with a smile. Fantastic job Parking isn't included with the hotel, even though it's attached to the hotel. they should explain this a little better but, there was a slight discount for paying at the front desk rather than the garage. We had the breakfast buffet the morning of the Eagles Super...

"Great and welcoming and kind experience all around that provided me warmth and safety. I wish I could afford to have stayed 2 more nights, but I needed a less expensive option. I loved and appreciated the time spent there and all the amenities to explore as well. Thank you "
