"Exactly what I needed. No glitz but a calm, quiet, clean and well located place to stay for an overnight stay in Philly. I also liked the fact that you have to take an elevator up from ground level that opens up only to the lobby. As a woman traveling alone, I liked the fact that the front desk is located with a direct view to that elevator and then you have to switch to a different elevator that is only accessible by guests with a room key. "Great studios and suites. Could do with having the wooden furniture and cabinets either touched up, or better still, replaced. You can tell that they’re old. Super comfortable beds! You have to request housekeeping services if you want it or they don’t seem to come on their own. Usually breakfast is quite good, with fresh fruit and do it yourself waffles. "The property had no idea I was Expedia gold. I had to tell them I was supposed to receive an upgrade etc. This didn’t show on their system so be sure to save this info to prove to them your benefits. They said it just shows Expedia but no status. "
