"Perfection on every level! Garden rooms with a pristine beach a short walk away! The most comfortable beds and welcoming atmosphere! This is our favorite place to stay in Costa Rica! The highlight is the owner who creates the best food we’ve ever had in our lives. Everything she made was so delicious. We love the rescue animals that live at the resort and look forward to returning soon."

"We first stayed at the Marriott Los Suenos twenty years ago. We came twice then and loved it. We came for the sport fishing and were not disappointed. The marina then was small and we had great access to all the sport fishing boats but now it has gotten very exclusive and if you’re not actually on a boat, you can’t access the docks. The hotel was smaller then but fantastic. It has gotten bigger but not better. The staff was great but the tile floors make the hallways noisy and people talking out in the hall woke me up very early every morning. The room was comfortable and we liked it but the food in the restaurants was mediocre. The coffee shop did have great coffee and pastries and we enjoyed breakfast there more than in the restaurant. I wish I had more positive things to say because it has always been one of my favorite places. We went fishing, had a great time and did catch some fish but I miss the old Los Suenos. It’s such a great location and a great place to fish that I guess the change is inevitable"
